Myanmar business visa allows the holder to stay in the country for 70 days and a tourist is permitted to stay for 28 days.

LAOS

Because Loas is a tourist-oriented country, the evisa is open to a large number of countries with a few exceptions.

UZBEKISTAN

Uzbekistan authorities introduced a new visa regime in July 2018 gear towards attracting foreign tourists to the country. Unlike in the past when only Eastern European citizens are the only people allowed in, nowadays more than 113 countries are granted permission to apply for evisa.

A tourist is allowed to apply online for evisa 3 days prior to arrival and when granted the holder is permitted to stay for 30 days on a single entry basis. The processing fees are fixed at 20 USD.

IRAN

MALDIVES

VIETNAM

Vietnam a Coastal Southeastern Asian country operates a vibrant electronic visa system that is not cumbersome to access and operate. THAILAND

Thailand is yet to operate a fully electronic visa system, currently, the e-visa you can obtain from Thailand is called Electronic Travel Authorization evisa on arrival established in 2018 which is specifically made for a short visit by tourists generally.  Anyone interested in visiting Thailand is advised to go the old system of depending on Thailand embassies in your country of residence.

PAKISTAN

Pakistan is proudly operating a dynamic electronic visa system that was introduced not long ago. The country granted over 190 countries evisa on various categories of visas to enter on evisa on arrival. Likewise, over 50 countries are allowed to enter through the visa on arrival at the entry point.

Please note that most visas Pakistan grants are short term visas such as tourist, visitors,  religious and cultural, business travellers, Non-government-official, diplomatic etc. The evisa are granted a single entry and has 90 days validity.

TAJIKISTAN

Tajikistan introduced electronic visas to cater for growing numbers of tourists and business travellers. The electronic system commenced in the year 2016. The evisa system enables a visitor to stay in the country for a period of 60 days and has 90 days validity to enter Tajikistan.

INDONESIA

Indonesia is considering the introduction of an electronic visa system as part of its response to the issue of the Coronavirus pandemic in the reopening of the country. Thereby limiting the involvement of its citizens in dealing with the physical issuance of visas.

The electronic system will enable eligible foreign travellers to fill an online application form with their information and upload the passport data page and submit it. When approval is granted the applicant will receive evisa by email, and be allowed to enter through the evisa on arrival.

BANGLADESH

Bangladesh operates an electronic visa system focusing on easing the process of obtaining short term visas especially as related to tourism. The evisa enables a potential tourist to apply online. It comes in 3 different categories single, double and multiple entries. The evisa enables the person to enter and stay for 30 days on arrival.

ARMENIA

Armenia a landlocked country located in Southwestern Asia introduced electronic visas in the second quarter of 2021 for citizens of over 30 countries focusing on tourists and business travellers.

When granted the evisa allows the holder to stay in the country for 21 days and 120 days per entry depending on the categories of visa apply for.

AZERBAIJAN

Azerbaijan operates an electronically based travel Authorization that allows a visitor 30 days visa on arrival entry and it has a 3 months validity. Please note that your travel document must have at least 6 months validity with unused visa pages.

Equally not all countries are eligible to apply for the evisa, from the onset about 30  countries were allowed to use the evisa system. Equally the evisa is for Tourism, business travellers and Medical purposes, cultural and sports matters.

GEORGIA

Georgia operates a robust electronic visa system that enables over 100 countries to apply for evisa online in an efficient way. The system is visitor’s friendly. The evisa is used in various categories. It has single and multiple entries. The single entry permit a 30 days stay with 120 days validity and the multiple-entry permit 90 days stay with 180 days validity

TURKEY

Turkey operates an electronic visa system which is an electronic travel authorization that allows entry to the country.

Citizens of eligible countries can process their evisa for Turkey using an online application form from anywhere.

All an applicant need is an Internet connection to fill the form. You download the application form and complete it with your details in your international passport and submit it online.

Please note that your passport must have at least 6 months validity.

After submission, you only need to wait for 24 hours to get approval which will be sent to your email.

MOLDOVA

The Moldova electronic visa was introduced in 2015 to make the processing of its visa handling simplified thereby eliminating the wasting of time of visiting Embassies. Most of its short term visas are handled online. An eligible foreign citizen can get tourist,  business, cultural, official etc online and enter through evisa on arrival.

The processing of the evisa take 10 days and the approval is sent to the applicant’s email. The online evisa enables the holder to stay in Moldova for 90 days.

RUSSIA

Russia operates a unified electronic visa system that is specifically for 53 countries and has 60 days validity and is used for travelling to different regions of the Russian federation. The evisa is granted for business, tourism, sporting events, cultural activities etc.

Any eligible applicant is expected to apply online by visiting the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

UKRAINE

Ukraine electronic visa called Electronic Travel Authorization allows citizens of countries approved by the Ukrainian government to enter the country by applying online anywhere without the stress of travelling to Ukrainian embassies. The evisa is mainly for short term visas such as business and tourism.

The processing of the evisa is one of the fastest in that if you submit your details the evisa can be obtained within 1 working day for an urgent one, while a non-urgent can be obtained in 3 working day

1. BAHRAIN

in 2Bahrain operates electronic visa which allows eligible foreign travellers to Bahrain to enter on evisa on arrival. It is mainly a short-term visa for tourist and business travellers.

It is processed online in which you have to apply 30 days before you set out to Bahrain. It enables the holder to stay in the country for 1 month provided the passport is valid for 6 months.

2. KUWAIT

Kuwait starts an electronic visa system in 2016, is known as electronic travel authorization which enables citizens of eligible countries to obtain short term visas online without the difficulty of visiting Embassies. The focus is to grant tourists to use evisa on arrival for easier access. The Kuwaiti evisa allow a tourist to stay in the country for 3 months.

Over 51 countries are eligible to use the evisa system by applying online anywhere upload their details and submit them, once it is submitted a copy of the visa is sent to the applicant by email.

3. OMAN

The Sultanate of Oman operates an electronic visa system that allows travellers to apply, pay and receive visa information when approval is granted. The evisa enables the authorised holder to enter Oman for specific periods. A completed application can be submitted for processing on the Royal Oman Police website. It takes only 6 working days to process the evisa.

4. SAUDI ARABIA

Saudi Arabia operates a modern electronic visa system and is one of the fastest online visas in the world currently. While you need about two working days to obtain a visa at the traditional Saudi Arabia embassy.  All it takes to get the evisa after submission is five to thirty minutes in most cases. An incredible achievement.

The Saudi Arabia evisa is good for tourism which anyone going on Umrah can utilise. The evisa enables the person multiple entries into Saudi Arabia and the holder is permitted to stay in the country for a total of 90 days.

5. QATAR

Qatar introduced the electronic visa system in 2017 purposely to ease the visa handling process for foreigners that required visas to enter. All you need is to fill and upload your details in a quick and intuitive online application process.

6. THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

The UAE commenced the usage of an electronic visa system in 2019, to enable citizens of eligible countries to enter the United Arab Emirates for a short visit without the stress of going to the embassy for a visa the traditional way.

The evisa is completed online and the result allows the applicant to obtain travel authorization documents entirely online.  The evisa is a single entry visa that granted the holder to enter and stay in UAE for30 days and it has 2 months validity.

1. AUSTRALIA

Australia operates an electronic visa system called Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) which is basically an electronically stored authority equivalent to a visa.

2. PAPUA NEW GUINEA

Papua New Guinea operates an electronic visa system that permits eligible foreign visitors to enter the country by simply completing an online application form from anywhere.

The evisa come in a single entry and offers the holder choices of either 30 days or 60 days stay in the country.

3. NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand operates a dynamic electronic visa system called The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) which came into being in July 2019. The main point of NZeTA is to grant foreign citizens of eligible countries to enter New Zealand for business, tourism or transit purposes.

Eligible countries are allowed to apply online through the easy New Zealand eTA application online form including their personal and passport details. Be prepared to answer a few questions about your criminal records or medical information.
